@DKSportsbook I would have cashed. That’s STILL a helluva return. But I looked at Draft Kings odds at halftime when Duke was down 11 (to see if I could get some value on Duke) and Duke was still -355. Even they didn’t buy in.😂

As if the plates weren’t enough, I just found out my mortgage is going up $500/mo. Just like that. It seems my tax assessment went up. So I’ll now be paying an extra $6,000/yr. for my home. It just never ends.

@IUHoosierSteve Yeah it wasn’t that bad in Indiana. I’m in South Carolina now and anything related to vehicles is about double. Plates, insurance, tickets, etc. One thing I WILL say though is the roads in general are better. But damn….

@AZColt I lived in Florida for 5 years, one good thing they had was a flat license plate rate. $600 for a 4 year old car is insane.

Just got my car plate renewals for the year: $625 & $269 = $894. One year. Nearly $900 for two vehicles. One is 4 years old and the other 8 years. I can’t imagine if they were new. And people wonder why we can barely get by. You can’t take a 💩 without getting taxed.
