@DuaneRankin Advantage Hornets if it gets that high. Suns have too many of their 3p attempts coming from guys like Book, Green, and Brooks, who don’t shoot at the highest percentage. They need to create inside and give catch and shoot opportunities to Gillespie, Allen, O’Neale, etc.

@AndrewLeezus The 2026 season is being previewed for us we here. The front office never invests in bullpen arms in the offseason and then they always act surprised when, after a couple injuries, it turns out to be one of the worst in the majors.

You think if you have an 8-0 lead in the 7th you can trust your bullpen to shut it down without drama. Nope, not as a D'Backs fan.

@KellanOlson Amen on the offensive rebounds. Long rebounds because the shots were so bad, fell into the lap of perimeter players while UA’s bigs were handling business inside. Perimeter defenders have to stay on boxing out their guys instead of crashing.

Bradley needs to be on Smith. Brutal half for Kharchenkov getting stuck on screens. Smith having no trouble with Krivas’ drop, so might have to be more Awaka like the end of the half. The bad breaks on long offensive rebounds have been killers.

@KellanOlson For sure. This execution would not have been enough to beat a team like Ark. Got to cover the 3p line better, hit free throws, and get the ball inside more effectively.

Well nothing else happened and it was just “lol rebounding diff” tonight. Three insane finishes by Bradley and a ridiculous Burries stepback bailed out the level of dramatics it should have reached. Gotta be way, way better next week.

Great job turning the soft whistle into an advantage instead of it becoming a detriment. Lots of drives and defending without fouling. At least one team is going to start making shots, though, so only going to have that for so long.

@roymccoy22 @PHXFansAZ This game he was in a funk from Q1. Re the 4th, teammates are not hitting open shots and defenses crank up the double teams and aggressive defense against him knowing he’d have to bail them out with hero ball. That leads to him taking a lot more difficult shots in the fourth.

@roymccoy22 @PHXFansAZ He’s had plenty of great 4th quarters. He struggles most when he tries to do too much on his own because his teammates are not hitting the open shots he creates for them. This is one of those games. Plus, he’s in a funk, miss e even his open shots he normally hits, all 4 qtrs.
