If someone airdropped onto your calendar, what would it show? Would it show what you claim your priorities are? My problem was like many of yours, I would say X was a priority only to see Y on the calendar. I always felt like "I didn't have enough time in the day." That is a lie, we have time for what is important. 3 things I did to improve on this: 1. Time-Bound The first thing I did was make everything time-bond. Tasks take as long as the time you allow them to take. (Parkinsons Law) Give everything a set amount of time and watch your efficiency improve. 2. Fill the calendar by priority Whatever you say the most important thing is, fill your calendar with those activities first. It is a simple way to make sure the priorities are the priorities. 3. Stop spending time on your phone The average person spends more than 3 hours a day on their phone. If you tell me you are too busy and don't have time, I will just ask to see your screen time. Less phone time means more focused hours which leads to greater efficiency. There are no hacks above, this is simple stuff. So, ask yourself this Sunday if someone airdropped onto your calendar would it match up with your priorities? Have a great Sunday friends.

I was at Supplement Store a couple weeks ago with my son. I asked the sales rep there if he played high school football. His response “no, I was too small for football.” My son turned to me and said “you are NEVER too small to play football! Today he proved that! Proud dad moment
