I appreciate it’s a busy day but some courtesy wouldn’t go amiss. Let alone checking a train for essential facilities. Such a shame as my journey to @StPancrasInt from @NottmRlwyStn yday was so lovely, with amazing @EastMidRailway staff.

He said that if she tries to go to the toilet, or indeed is successful going to the other end of the train, past hoarders of aisle people & luggage, with her walking stick - then he will. But if she decides not to try, he has nothing to apologise for. Hmmm.

Hi @EastMidRailway just wondering if it’s an issue that on your 11:35 from STP to NOT, that the G toilets are closed, D ones have no soap or water, and B are dirty? Your first class staff member doesn’t appear to think so, or that an apology to a senior citizen is warranted
