New paper with @profblissett & @J_P_Reynolds: doi.org/10.1016/j.appe… We found that reducing the availability of higher energy menu options, and ordering menu options from low to high energy, were effective strategies for reducing the energy selected from a meal by adolescents

We chose a fixed quanta in the case studies so we could clearly focus on the effects of the new methodology. Using random quanta as well would likely dominate, making it more difficult to give a relative comparison and some features may not be as clear.
