Interesting that $UBER frames promotional activity increasing from Waymo as a postive--it shows that Waymo's are underutilized on their own network versus Uber's. However, anyone who was invested in $UBER / $LYFT should know just how devistating subsidies are to the overall economics of the market. Waymo is in a better position to subsidize off-hours usage because their variable costs are much lower (no driver). This is perhaps the biggest bear case to Uber--a new cycle of subsidies and promotions starts as newcomers fight for market share. It is important to remember though that 100% utilization isn't necessary for Waymo to be a good business. Ultimately it will come down to the ROIC of each vehicle and maybe the math works fine with lower utilization during off-hours, made up for the fact that they don't have the cost of a driver. Waymo is also earlier in their business growth then Uber is--they don't need to maximize returns today if they believe building their own network with a direct customer relationship is in their best long-term interest.

(2/2)So even increase price its profit will still be eroded, and production capacity is limited. The sustainability of IP is definitely no doubt, if one day the memory price and production gets stable I would moslty buy without hesitation, but as of now let's continue to observe.

(1/2)Feeling Nintendo shall be a good name, a combination of IP+Hardware+Software. In terms of hardware there were many generations failure but until Switch 1 came out the new cycle starts. The current Switch 2 performs well also but it's a pity facing the memory shortage

(5/5)Overall idea still is global diversification + balanced sector coverage. Missed the semiconductor rally but not anxious at all — slow and steady, let time compound, yes I am that stupid.

(4/5)Indonesia allocation is currently quite satisfactory. Previously held 1 resource stock(ADRO) + 1 tobacco stock HMSP(PM’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Marlboro parent). Both gives high dividend, 8-12% annualized. Recently sold half of ADRO it's and switched into ICBP(Indomie).

(3/5)Regarding US stocks, I previously held Google, Circle, and Crox short-term, but sold them quickly because I didn’t understand them well. Still plan to allocate 1-2 tech/growth stocks. Considering MAG7 names, or UBER, Netflix, Circle etc. Still researching.

(2/5)Overall plan: European stocks 10-20%. In the future, US stocks will be the main holding as it's the most dynamic market it shall be, targeting 60-70%. China + Indonesia stocks 10-20% (Chinese concept stocks and HK stocks counted as China assets)

(1/5)Recently looking at UMG. It feels a bit like an "internet infrastructure energy stock". My psychological entry price is around €15-18. This also helps increase the European stock allocation in my overall portfolio.
