.@blrcitytraffic pls bring this cab driver to task. He crashes into my car while blindly reversing his car despite me frantically honking to alert him. Gets down, changes the narrative saying I 'banged' into his car even though there were a 100 witnesses!!!

He then catches hold of my dress/collar in an attempt to intimidate and harass me despite damaging my vehicle and holding up traffic on the already busy Manyata main road. Please ensure you find him and punish him!!!

@ZoomCarIndia BAD experience, Your employee Syed Salman cancelled my booking just 30 minutes before the start(JPS6X4JB8) saying issue with the car. Also customercare is just a IVR and none to talk to. Is zoomcar becoming #FraudZoomCar @morang ???
