@joepierpont Literally they closed my ticket without telling me why I was banned or telling me how to fix my issue. They definitely need to reconsider who runs the support and how they work.

I keep getting this error when playing... Kicks me from the game after about 20 seconds, I don't have any VPN or any other programs running when playing... How can I fix this? @FortniteStatus

We are aware that players can still obtain Nitro Fists in Ranked mode. We are looking into this and will provide an update as soon as we have one.
