@thepursuinglife I was at missionary school around a campfire with my class. I was struggling financially but had $10 bill on me. God “told” me to throw my last 10 bucks into the fire to show my surrender and that he will provide. So I did. Everyone cheered. I felt so proud burning $10 for god.

@AshAbercrombie @adagraha When I worked at BJ’s brewhouse he came in on a busy night, over an hour wait for a table and demanded to be seated right away because of “who he was”. Keep in mind this was mid 2000s, not 1989 when that argument may have been a bit more valid. To his dismay, he had to wait.
