Rep. @aoc in January 2025 when Republicans attempted to pass a nationwide ban on trans girls competing in school sports: “When there is no enforcement mechanism, you open the door to every enforcement mechanism.”
That stark warning rings true today.

“This ruling is heartbreaking for transgender student athletes who are being forced to sit on the sidelines simply for who they are,” HRC President Kelley Robinson shared in a statement. “When politicians convince the public that any girl could be ‘the wrong kind of girl,’ they invite harassment, intimidation, invasive questioning, or even an inspection of their body by a total stranger.”

This is yet another attempt by a corrupt Trump administration to persecute transgender people instead of addressing any of the problems that our nation faces.
NO ONE should have to seek permission from politicians to access medically necessary health care.
