In my mid-30s, this is apparently the norm after playing basketball. Young kid tried to charge me 😏 he bounced off when I squared up but he managed to dead leg me pretty good in the process. Knee swelled up and limping a bit afterwards 😩 I miss the days I could just sleep these sorts of things off. Had to actually go to the store and buy a brace. Seems like something I’ll be needing.
