Bought a mobile hotspot to run webasto heaters on trucks/tractors, and security camera around equipment left in the field over night. Highly recommend a solis hotspot. Get 1gb every month without charge. Runs off cellular, but doesn’t need a SIM card, and works world wide.

2 things I’ve talked a lot of shit about over the years, green combines and dekalb canola. I’d formally like to retract my statements on dekalb canola , it beat the highest invigor yielder in the area by 3.3 bushels. That’s almost $50 an acre. Will 100% be growing some more DK800 next year. Stood great , no pod drop , and no shelling. Not sure what more you could ask for in a canola variety. Shoutout to the @Bayer rep Kody for getting ball rolling with some demo seed , definitely gained a customer

Have to leave the remote plugged in when you live only couple miles from 3 big elevators. Remote doesn’t timeout and stays on all day. Well that’s on no lineup days. First day hauling to the new @G3_Connection

@MegRaeB I think it’s just reactionary fear of change happening before they’re ready to adopt it. We use solar to cover about 90% of our power needs. One Tesla so far on the farm and it’s been working all through our -30 weather. Still need the truck but the EV works for town trips.

I notice agriculture really seems to hate solar and electric vehicles. And for a bunch of people who don’t have these things, I’m wondering where the gate stems from?
