BREAKING: Former Des Moines Public Schools Superintendent Ian Roberts, sentenced to 2 years in federal prison for falsely claiming to be a U.S. citizen and illegally firearm possession. After he serves his sentence he will be turned over to ICE and likely deported to Guyana.

@RealSimonConway This is a disastrous endorsement by Trump. Meanwhile, Lahn was just endorsed by TPUSA. If Feenstra is the nominee, Sand wins. I think all the other candidates, including Steen, need to drop out now and endorse Lahn for the sake of keeping Iowa red. Lahn is our best hope now.

Honored to have just received the endorsement of my longtime friend Charlie Kirk’s Turning Point Action.

This was the dire tornado emergency issued for Moore as an EF5 bore down on the same place the tornado emergency was invented in 1999.

5. Economically, storm chasing is not a fruitful path to take anymore. Cost of living, gas, groceries!! Not to mention building a 401k.
All this to say, there are more important things in life than storm chasing. It's ok to chase don't get me wrong. But what's plan b? #wxtwitter

4. Chaser convergence. This goes hand in hand with #3. It won't get any better either. Not knocking those who chase. But I would encourage chasers to perhaps find a different path or hobby. Maybe make chasing less important. Like get a full time job, get married, start a family.

I've been semi-retired from storm chasing and I've been really happy with that choice. Why? A 🧵
1. My relationship with Jesus is what fulfills me. I used to believe that chasing tornadoes would fill that gap and bring some meaning of some sort. Nope.
