Booked an @IndiGo6E flight 4 months in advance for an affordable direct flight. It has been affected and revised twice and now I’m stuck with one that has a 20 hrs layover. What a joke! Been trying to reach out to customer service for a week now. I think they’ve given up too!

@IndiGo6E was hands down the worst pick for travel. Outbound flight got cancelled and now the return’s affected for the very same reoccurring “operational reasons”. Notification says “eligible for plan-b”, website says not eligible. Chatbot never connects to an agent! Trashhh!!!!

@IndiGo6E @DGCAIndia @MoCA_GoI My flight schedule was revised for the second time without providing the plan b option this time which I’m not at all happy with! There is absolutely no way to reach any customer support agent through their shitty website either!!
