we’ve received a letter off the council asking us to cut back one of the shrubs from the garden as it’s growing into the street (fair play I never go out this way and didn’t realise) My absolute favourite bit is it’s described as “a danger to the public” go off drama queen???

Following tweets coming out of @TraumaCareUK with interest and this looks very promising indeed. Much time currently spent on online N/S referral when you know what the “answer” will be. Can definitely be improved for both parties.

Anthony Hudson of @StGeorgesTrust describes their approach to ED-led single-shot serratus anterior plane blocks for chest wall trauma. Caught many patients who did not get trauma team calls and were otherwise going under the radar. Reduced time to block, from >41hrs to 5 #NMTS23
