@BoarnieB @philipnolan1 That's a lie. The only language the census collects data about is Irish. In 2022 were 93,680 Polish citizens in the state. There were 1,873,997 people who could speak Irish (of which 195,029 could speak it very well).

When fresh, it came out of the tap as all foam, so you actually needed the 2-part pour to mix it with some flat porter. They discontinued the porter in the 1970s; the current Guinness is a draught stout.

The longer the drink is sat on the bar waiting, the more likely people are to order it. I've done blind taste tests in my mates pub - no one can tell the difference.
