@MichaelWalsh233 @pearlythingz I respectfully answered your question. I guess the pathetic part was assuming you were trying to have a good faith dialogue. The claim to me being a cry baby is pretty retarded. I mean if you're going to be a douche at least try to do it well, that was a pretty low tier troll.

@MichaelWalsh233 @pearlythingz A wedding wouldn't be right before Liturgy, so pictures and filming would be ok, but trying to interact with people on their way to service when they're in a fasted state and trying to stay in a proper mindset to receive the Eucharist is a bit rude. Afterwards would be better.

@pearlythingz Why does she need the priest's permission to film the outside of the church? If Peal got married at this church and wanted to take pictures or video outside with the church in the background would she still need his permission?

@jlippincott My kids have never been spanked nor were they ever threatened with a spanking. Gentle parenting should still have boundaries and a proper level of authority, but threat of force isn't required for proper behavior. Kids test boundaries, it's up to us to hold the line.

I was in church once and the boy next to me, about 9 or 10, was just absolutely out of control. Single mom couldn't control him. The boy was loud, interrupting the service, insulting to his mother, and absolutely refused to obey her gentle pleading. He kept rolling around on the floor and knocking into me. I didn't say anything, but I was growing increasingly annoyed. We were in the back and this kid was damn near throwing a tantrum, just refusing to sit in his chair and instead laying underneath his seat, clinging to its legs while kicking. Eventually, a father carrying his infant daughter was trying to walk through the aisle and the boy wouldn't move. At that point, I had had enough. I yanked the chair off of the boy, set it down to the side, stared straight into his eyes, and gave him a direct order: "Stand up right now, get out of the aisle, and listen to your mother." Kid was stunned. You could tell no one had ever spoken to him with that kind of directness and authority. He immediately obeyed without making a peep. Kept quiet for the rest of the service, too. This is why discipline is important. The son had zero fear or respect of his mother. That's why he was acting like a brat in public to the detriment of everyone around him. A few good spankings from a father would have put paid to that nonsense and brought happiness of the boy, his mother, and society at large. Gentle parenting only works if there is a strong foundation of authority and respect from child to parent.

@LizzieMarbach @truthcartel816 @JPuncut He matches behavior, if you don't like the way he behaves don't watch. He was the first Christian I saw publicly that spoke in a way that sparked curiosity about Christianity rather than disdain. He's not for you, move on, he is helping people, the prot reprimands are old so stop

Andrew Wilson has an insane response to @truthcartel816 bringing up scripture on @JPuncut’s live right now. 🤯 Mauler tries to read scripture and Andrew says he’s going to play heavy metal music to drown it out, then he mockingly pretends to read it and jokes that it says Mauler is a “homosexual and has sex with men.” Zero reverence for the word of God. Like I said before, this man is not a Christian. 🤮🤦🏼‍♀️

I’ve been married for five years, and my wife does most of the cooking and cleaning. I hardly do those things. Why? Because she cooks three types of meals on the weekend that last from Monday to Friday. She only does laundry on weekends. She only cleans on weekends. We also do our shopping only on weekends. I had to help create these routines for her because she kept complaining about the “mental load” crap. Women create a lot of this mental load for themselves and then complain that motherhood is hard. No, you made motherhood hard on yourselves. She doesn’t have to deep-clean the floor late at night. She can do it tomorrow. She doesn’t have to do laundry late at night either. Laundry can even be done on the weekend. She doesn’t have to wash the dishes immediately; they can wait until tomorrow.

@Kat_Fiche @DestinyDev59855 @zirabrooks @Cr7Godbrand Again with the inaccurate assumptions. These are old worn out arguments. Perhaps you can find a professor to teach you about it, since apparently that is the only way you can learn anything. Best of luck.

@AbbraHarris @DestinyDev59855 @zirabrooks @Cr7Godbrand At least if you were qualified I’d understand homeschooling. I had friends who were homeschooled by the way. But their mom was a university professor- not just a housewife. You - you’re unqualified and setting your children up for failure.

@AbbraHarris @DestinyDev59855 @zirabrooks @Cr7Godbrand But your children will never have that chance if you run your household from an egotistical point of view. Depriving your children an education from qualified professionals just to “prove you are a good wife” makes you a bad mother

@Kat_Fiche @DestinyDev59855 @zirabrooks @Cr7Godbrand What a selfish woman. Hiring someone else to raise their children? SMH. Being able to provide so that the wife can stay home to raise their children is one of the most honorable things a man can do for his family. The least she can do is create an environment worth coming home to

Are hobbies even supposed to be sexually appealing? Do men get turned on by knitting and embroidery? Who cares? You do your hobby for yourself not as foreplay for your partner
Lizzie Marbach@LizzieMarbach

I know this is unpopular, but it will always be unattractive for a grown man to play video games. Some women might be understanding or pretend like they don’t care that you spend hours playing, but they do. It is extremely unattractive to women and will never not be. 🤷🏼‍♀️

@Silveriix @Hestia_Esq I think the difference though is that men would still show love and affection towards their wife or gf, whereas the opposite is not as likely, if the girl tribe tells women a man's hobby is ick inducing the hive will shut off intimacy and destroy their relationships over it.

This is such a stupid take, but one that demonstrates the immaturity and atrophied brains of gamers. There are countless respectable hobbies. Play an instrument, take up jiu jitsu, go hunting, go to the gym, play a sport, learn to fish, go hiking, build a shed, fix a car, build something, make something, write something, read something, play something. Do something that makes you better, not worse. x.com/kevan_gogh/sta…

@JetstreamAndrew @Josiaicae It is not tiring. You don't do anything to produce milk besides eating. Often low supply could mean she's lacking in nutrients or perhaps isn't feeding baby on demand which helps maintain supply. Supply issues can usually be resolved. But often women don't know how.

@luvkit @vmalonbc @Rach4Patriarchy @JayDyer I was protestant as a kid, my brother died when I was a teen and that started my rejection of God. I turned to paganism and eventually was atheist/agnostic. Stumbled on Orthodoxy through the Wilson's. Researched out of curiosity first, then to find Truth.

Well then, I'll go to you. Were a Protestant denomination before converting to Orthodoxy? If so, what was one of the main things you found hard to swallow about Orthodoxy, and then what convinced you Ortho was ultimately correct. Now I'm going to scroll up through my notifications and be reminded why I washed my hands of it.

I am very fond of the Wilson's. They were my first exposure to Orthodoxy, and they correctly critiqued the failures of modern Protestants. But his Ortho fan base treats people like garbage for literally no reason. I asked in a live chat what it means that we are little gods. Never heard that before. 50 people just insulted me for trying to learn.
