@ESilvermanMD I teach creative in the narrative med grad program at Keck and sort of embarrassingly (?) led my students through @melissafebos incredible writing about sex exercise and one of the students - a physician - loved it + said how important it was for docs to learn to talk about sex

Has anyone ever studied or written about physicians & sex? Are disembodied overworked doctors who ignore pee/eat signals able to drop into body & have good sex? How do we code switch from body as disease to body as pleasure? Would any doctors even talk about this? 💥 #medtwitter

Lately before bed, my daughter is in habit of asking me not to leave & instead to stay & meditate. (New stall tactic— but a good one). So I meditate for ~15m & she falls asleep. 🥳 💃 The reason it works is bc watching someone meditate is very boring. 🙏🤓 #ProTip

And it’s so good. I’m learning so much, and how necessary is someone like her as the need grows.
