Earlier today, I paid a condolence visit to my brother and friend, the incumbent APC National Chairman, and former minister of Humanitarian Affairs, Disaster Management and Social Development, Professor @nentawe1, who recently lost his beloved mother, Mama Lydia Toma Yilwatda. We take solace in the memories and good legacy she left behind. Rest in peace, Mama.

Today, I received Mr. Shehu Mohammed, the Corps Marshal of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), along with his esteemed management team, for a courtesy visit to my office. During the meeting, we discussed a range of issues including how to address incessant road accidents across Nigeria through enhanced collaboration. Because the @FRSCNigeria plays a pivotal role in the country, especially in ensuring the safety of lives and property on our roads, I emphasized the importance of fostering stronger partnerships and tackling road safety challenges head-on. The #RenewedHope train of President @officialABAT (GCFR) will continue to lead Nigeria to a greater, and more prosperous destination.

While we discussed the new NIMC NIN Verification and Authentication service platform which is now working optimally and seamlessly, we deliberated on plans to incorporate Nigerians in diaspora into the new system which will ensure efficiency and optimisation.

I also received, yesterday, Mr Khalil Halilu, the Executive Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the National Agency for Science and Engineering Infrastructure (NASENI).
