@Abed_tk1 traveling and a different environment turns it into a different beast. There are a lot of interactions and feedback from physical->mental->emotional. the plan is to learn and grow anyway. the disappointment does not serve you. turn it into fire.

The more I think about it the more I’m disappointed with myself regarding my frosty run. I spent so much time training and labbing just to forget it all when it mattered. Dropped inputs, poor mental game, bad macro and micro decisions. I need to work way harder than I am now
