There was a time I was taking lots of coffee, and got to a point where it was as though my life depended on it. I could get this strong headache and only a cup of verrrrrry strong coffee would help me get rid of it. So I told myselt | was going to stop taking it, which I did.,I even threw away my coffee maker coz I didn’t want any temptations while dealing with the addiction. It’s been two years now. I want to re start taking it coz I miss my fav drink. But this time with moderation. Has anyone had a similar issue?
