January blues maybe hitting for some, but not in Aberbargoed! Today Suzie Shark sang against Daisy Dinosaur in an epic first round battle! Daisy made it through to the semi-finals and we unmasked our first competitor Suzie aka Mrs Phillips! Brilliant first round! Da iawn pawb. 🎤

Lovely to see all these beautiful faces back together today! We had lots of fun writing about our holidays 😆

We had a fantastic day in Techniquest today!

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas..Everyone loved having fun in the snow ❄️☺️

Pupils and their families are welcome to march behind the parade from St Peter’s church. Pupils must be accompanied by an adult, this is a community event rather than a school based event. We hope to see as many pupils as possible supporting the event.

Today we made spaghetti bolognaise! Wow the children loved cutting, peeling and grating. As you can see, they thought it was yummy! 😋

Dosbarth Blodeuwedd remade the Leaning Tower of Pisa this week. They worked as a team and made brilliant towers! I’m sure if you ask them about it they will be able to tell you some specific requirements - 8 floors, bells and much more..☺️

We had a very special visitor today! Fire fighter Geoff taught the children who to call and how to keep safe when in danger. 🚒👨🏻‍🚒🧯
