Sentiment in the market now shifts faster than ever. One day it’s “this rally is over, cycle is extended, frothy” Next day it’s “we’re in a new bull, drones and AI are going to change the world.” That kind of flip-flop isn’t analysis. It’s noise. And that noise is louder now because of how accessible information has become — tweets, news flow, intraday charts, minute-by-minute takes. Everyone’s reacting. Nobody’s thinking. What this really shows? A lack of system. A lack of core principles. If your mindset is still “how do I catch the top?” or “how do I buy the bottom?” — you’re going to chop yourself to death. You’ll sell too early out of fear. Buy back late out of FOMO. And constantly second-guess every move you make. More decisions = worse outcomes. That’s why I always say: You’ll never catch the top. You’ll never catch the bottom. But you can build a system that gives you clear ins and clear outs. And if you follow that with discipline, you’ll be just fine. One thing I do that’s helped a lot: I don’t treat unrealized gains as real. The only “real” gain is when the 21-day moving average moves above my entry. That’s the money I’ve actually earned. If the stock’s extended from the 21-day, I start managing risk — scaling, raising stops, reducing exposure. I expect reversion. I expect base building. But I don’t panic and I don’t overmanage. The best traders aren’t the ones glued to screens making 20 decisions a day. They’re the ones who reduce decisions to a process. Who know their triggers, their risk, their exits. Who build repeatability and stay consistent no matter what the market throws at them. Trading isn’t about guessing where the market will go tomorrow. It’s about having a plan when it gets there.

Just to clarify, if you’d sent your message through the QE Ultra support chat, we would have been able to process your request much quicker. Your DM unfortunately got buried among many other messages, and I wasn’t able to give it immediate attention. Going forward, please use the support chat for any account or access-related changes—it’s the fastest and most reliable way to get help.

Why are my stocks falling after giving good results?? If I had a dollar for everytime I was asked this question then I'm sure I'd be way richer right now. So let's break this down in layman terms.... ---- The market is like a father, let's say he runs a business. A good stock is like one of his smart children (as he has many). The rules of the family are laid out. And they seem simple: Get good marks in your exams (Q Results) and you'll be rewarded with treats, gifts and benefits like foreign trips, chocolates, bicycles, etc. The better your perform (up move in price), the better the gift (Gap up in price) There are 4 exams every years: Unit Test 1 (Q1), Semester 1 (Q2), Unit Test 2 (Q3), Semester 2 (Q4). Unit Test 1 and Sem 1 happen, the smart child scores well. The dad is happy, and so he rewards him as per rules. It's business as usual. No one questions it. Then Unit Test 2 results come out. The kid has literally stood first in class. If fact, the second ranker is far behind him. The kid doesn't walk home, he floats... expecting the XBox he has wanted since a while. He says, "Look dad! I stood first. Record sales, record earnings. Can I get that Xbox now." The father (market) looks at him with sad eyes and says, "I'm so proud of you son. But business is not doing well right now. But I'll make it up to you later. I promise." This is when the little on realizes. It's not just my results. Dad has to have the means to buy gifts... That's the day his little world grows a little bigger. He goes back to work and keeps piling on a few other good results. Rank after rank. Finally after a few exams, dad's business also starts picking up (the son doesn't know of course. He is busy focusing on his studies). One day, the father comes to him. Mind you, it's not result day this time around (😉) and says, "How about we go get that Xbox?" The son smiles (Breakout)...the father continues..."But I was thinking of picking it up on our way back from Disneyland." The son jumps of joy!! (Gap up) ---- Does this make sense now? The market is our father. Without him forget the Xbox, you can't even get a cardboard box 📦

The criteria @PradeepBonde uses to evaluate an EP are: MAGNA53 + Cap10 * 10IPO MA = Massive Acceleration in Profit Growth; growth of double or triple-digit numbers. Massive beats on analyst expectations would also be under this category (ex. analyst expect ¢10 while the company posts ¢50). G = Gap Up; If the news is a surprise to the market then the stock should gap. N = Neglected; He wants stocks that are neglected. Has the stock been neglected for 2 months, 6 months, 1 - 3 years, and the more neglect the bigger the possible swing? Neglect is not just neglected in price action but also in the number of mutual funds holding the stock. No news flow, no analyst coverage. You see for months the stock has had no significant news. A = Acceleration in Sales Growth; Remember, if the company delivers massive profits, they could do that by just reducing the number of employees they have (layoffs) which is not really an effective way of growth as it is essentially a one-time cost being cut. PB wants to see massive acceleration in sales as that number can’t be adjusted, in most cases because it is how much revenue on the top the company brings in. 5 = Short Interest of 5 Days or More. 3 = Have 3 or More Analysts Raising Their Price Targets; If there is new news, analysts will then increase their price targets. This is exactly what happened with SMCI in January 2024 when they came out with good guidance and 10-12 analysts raised their price targets. Cap10 = Market Cap Below $10M; These types of stock will make greater moves. Usually in the range of $10-100M market cap is what PB looks for. 10IPO = Had their IPO 10 years ago or less; Most of the big moves in a stock will occur in the first 10 years of its life. You will have exceptions of course (ie. NVDA) but most of the time, it is the case. MAGNA = Necessary / Required! 53 = Optional but adds more conviction. Cap10*10 = Optional, for more explosive moves.
