@PeterMc_Dermott @CRTBoating Good question. I suspect the cost of enforcing the rules just isn't cost effective. The slow floating shrubbery had no name, no licence plate or licence visible.

He's now pulled in with the other derelicts on the 5 day moorings at Gnosall. One which has been here for over three years
