@NoBrokerCare till you have not taken and shared the pictures, you can't say the onboarding has happened. It has been 20 days since with no pictures taken

@NoBrokerCare Despite telling RM that he sets the day and time when he will call, see he called at 6:40 AM. This is totally absurd NRI Services. He has not even replied several Text Messages on the Web. Totally fraudlent. @inconsumerforum @IndiaConsumers @IndiaConsumers

@NoBrokerCare They never clarified how they will communicate on Web. They never have taken pictures. They have never shown proof of visits with customers.

@nobrokercom @NoBrokerCare No Contact after 6 days of signing up. How do I know RM is acting on Customers send? Why can't I see the customers contact details and contact directly? This is a very fraudlent service with no accountability.

@nobrokercom @NoBrokerCare What is the proof that RM has contacted Potential Customers except for saying so. Why RM does not send emails with cc to show that he contacted. What is the incentive for him to work in my interest? There is no transparency and it all looks like fraud

@NoBrokerCare There is no communication from the RM after 3-4 days back.  He was supposed to send WA message.  He was suposed to send someone to site for pictures.

I did speak to the RM this morning USA PST 5:30 AM when I was sleeping. He was not in sync with emails and was looking at 1 week old email and I had to resend the last one as we spoke. He said he will send a WA within 30 minutes but no WA. If a RM is not up to date on emails, and there is no way to know if he forwarded or contacted customers, how would I know? There is no accountability and transparency. I should see the traffic stats to ads, the workflow status, per customer. I am not sure on what basis he lowered one flat price though I talked about how low I can go on both flats. So not sure. The amount of trouble I have been given, makes me ask for refund and cancellation. At least please extend by period by 2 months more, as the inefficient system will waste time. I have already lost 8-9 days. So one day has become a week. That means 3 month work will happen over 21 months at this pace. 30 mins have become 12 plus hours of waiting. Last night I waited from 6 AM till 1:15 PM IST, but no call.

@NoBrokerCare @nobrokercom Waited till you 1:15 PM with no calls. Email sent to RM not replied. RMs have not fixed a time to call which is prior approved and prior number shared so that it is not dropped as Spam. Having many NoBroker numbers makes it suspicious for the US System.

Finally connected at call from India at US PST time 5.30 AM. Told the RM that India 6 AM to 12 Noon is good. He agreed to call at 11:00 AM IST. For all the hearburn and trouble as a Senior Citizen with Heart Failure, I would like NoBroker to give me 1 extra month - from 3 months to 4 months. I bought for 37K two NRI Premium services. But did not feel anything even average. I would have gotten better service with US Realtor Sites for free listing even!

Please forward this to your Management and the other RM. US PST is worst for calling from India. You need to have prior time arrangement before calling. Here we are 12.5 or 11.5 hours away. Then calling from so many Broker Numbers gets tagged as Scam and dropped. So I need to enter well known Broker Numbers a priori. Calling IoS Phone in USA is very sensitive. Then waiting for whole night for a call from NoBroker in US Time Pacific Zone and corresponding India Time Zine has messed my sleep hours. Best time to call is in India 6 AM to 12 Noon. Please fix a prior time to call, through email, so I make sure I am available. Also list the number you have to call. Landlines are obsolete in the US and often looked suspicious. For NRI the RMs should call in the NRI Time Zones. This is the only way out. Best, Sunil.
