@Swiggy @zomato @ZeptoNow @Flipkart Suggest food delivery / quick commerce portals like Swiggy, Zomato & oths shd have 2 step confirmation for cash payments. Failed online payment orders shd not be automatically converted to Pay on delivery. Concerned Ministry shd look into it

You can now file consumer case at the place of residence. As per the amendment under CPA 2019, a complaint shall be instituted in a District and State Commission within the local limits of whose jurisdiction the complainant resides or personally works for gain.

UPI payment is very convenient. However, beware of making UPI / phone payments to strangers especially for transactions on social media channels. Such payments should preferably be made by way of transfer to bank accounts where beneficiary can be easily tracked

Many e-commerce portals are not displaying Grievance Officer's email address and contact details. Many of them are not even displaying email address for submitting written complaints. This should be looked into.

Beware of buying from sellers over instagram / Whatsap / Telegram channel. Making payments through cards / bank account allow you to track beneficiary easier than wallet payments.

@inconsumerforum not sure if you can help here but it has been a frustrating experience since joining Airtel with their commitments and service. The issue posted is still open and nobody from Airtel seems to be taking effort to resolve.

@inconsumerforum Flaberry.com owned by 👉 @iamFlaberry seems to be taking a lot if orders (including mine) and not delivering or responding to emails. Refunds go into the websites wallet. There are a lot of complaints in their FB page and other social forums.

@HPIndia Caseid: 5027193271 registered since 5 days no service centre responded or acknowledge of complaint. Head of service manager juz avoid the calls. Worst service support experience. @inconsumerforum please help me with such service complaint and ignorant behaviour.
