@BBCPolitics Why are lawyers and barristers really worried about losing jury cases to shorter judge decisions? Is there a case of shorter trial for these cases with sub 3 year custodial sentences and therefore lower legal fees which the legal practitioners can charge?

I'm extremely disappointed with @PayPlan who took two £200.14 payments instead of one from me this month and when I asked for one of the payments back are making me wait 3-5 working days, despite me paying them on time as per my management plan with them. Would not recommend!!!
