Through a 3-year growth planning process, #entrepreneurs mapped out their #business journeys and identified areas to make their businesses more sustainable and circular. ♻️ While these individual plans provide a strong foundation, we firmly believe that planning is only the beginning. In recognition of this, we launched the 𝐸𝑛𝑡𝑟𝑒𝑝𝑟𝑒𝑛𝑒𝑢𝑟 𝑃𝑒𝑒𝑟 𝐶𝑖𝑟𝑐𝑙𝑒𝑠; these are small, value-chain-specific groups where entrepreneurs can exchange knowledge, share opportunities, and address challenges collaboratively. These groups provide a supportive environment where participants can learn, adapt, and innovate together throughout their journey.🤝 As we embark on this 9-month incubation program, we look forward to supporting these businesses as they grow, innovate, and build circular solutions that drive meaningful impact in their communities. It is our honor and pride to have given a platform to the young women in Jinja City and surrounding areas at our most recently concluded #PSFUWomensDayKatale2024 at the Dam Waters Rugby Grounds. We brought hundreds of exhibitors and vendors in one place and while here interacted with potential customers, investors and fellow entrepreneurs.
