Antinomians are not Christians. They are heretics/false prophets since the start of Christianity. See (Gnosticism, Marcionism, Manichaeism).

It’s not 'mind reading,' Chad, it’s Formal Logic.
You admitted the Church is 'heavily compromised.' You admitted you are 'a Catholic.' Law of Identity locks these as thoughts in your own brain.
Therefore, you are admittedly following a compromised authority.
My question stands: If the 'Foundation' is compromised by the very 'Big Money' you claim to oppose, what is your exit strategy? Or is your 'Lesson learned' just a euphemism for 'I’m going to stay in the compromised system anyway'?"
English

@AbrahamShepard @BrysonGray Has mind reading ability. Still asks question

Your argument relies on a Logical Contradiction. You claim the sacrifice is 'never-ending,' yet Hebrews 10:12 states that after Christ offered one sacrifice for sins for all time, He 'sat down.' A priest who is still 'offering' hasn't sat down. By claiming the sacrifice is ongoing, you are effectively 'De-listing' the finished work of the cross the 'one-sacrifice' into an infinity.
Furthermore, your use of Zikaron (Memorial) proves my point, not yours. A Zikaron is a commemoration of a completed historical act. When Israel kept the Passover, they weren't 're-actualizing' the death of the Egyptian lambs; they were remembering a finished deliverance.
To call the memorial 'just a meal' is a Strawman. It is a command-based observance of a One-Time event. You are attempting to turn a 'Finished Transaction' into a 'Permanent Debt' that never closes. The Bible says it’s done. That opens up the door to perpetual sinners relying on your doctrine and feeling secured in their wicked ways as if they are now righteous. It has the capacity to turn the wicked into prideful religious zealots that continue in wickedness.

@ChadTheBad @BrysonGray I quoted your implied inner thoughts, it's obviously right there in what you wrote.
English

@AbrahamShepard @BrysonGray Weird, you put in quotes something I didn’t say
English

Just like circumcision. OT requires it (external), Paul taught against it, and his letters say it requires it by heart only (Gal 5:6).... except we know that Paul was kicked out of the Temple (Acts 21) for having an uncircumcised heart for teaching against Moses which requires you to be 'circumcised' for Passover (Ex 12). In Acts 21 Paul was kicked out and God shut the door of His Temple to him. Which ties into Ezek 44 banning the uncircumcised of heart from being in the Temple. So Paul 'preaching against circumsicion' showed an 'uncircumcised heart.' Then out of fear Paul avoided God's judgment seat, ran to a pagan Emperor 1,600 miles away so that witnesses can't possibly testify against him and entered a jurisdiction that had no knowledge of Temple laws.
English

@YehovahMessiah @RT_com True.
However, Jesus is The sacrifice and therefore the OT yearly sacrifice is no longer valid.
That's what that man is talking about.
Just like circumcision. OT requires it (external), NT requires it (heart)

@Templarpilled Jesus is Son of God... not 'GOD the Father'

its crazy he picked the line from the Bible where God punishes someone for NOT doing good works..

Your ‘good works’ won’t save your soul. Faith in Jesus does.

@ChadTheBad @BrysonGray "As a Catholic I follow a compromised church..." And now what are you going to do about that?
English

@BrysonGray As a Catholic this is true. They were heavily compromised because of it. Lesson learned.
English

@BrysonGray Let me simplify it for everyone 'EVERYTHING in Old Testament was about JESUS CHRIST' & 'We DON'T follow the OLD TESTAMENT... AT ALL!' -> that sums up their heresy perfectly
English

@RT_com If 'everything in the OT is about Christ' why DON'T you follow it?' It seems you want claim authority through Christ to manipulate others, but not actually follow him. Because if you believe Jesus gave laws and commands in the OT, THEN you should obey them.
English

If there is no 'rule' in the NT for not eating your fellow man, and that's ONLY found in the OT, and you don't follow the OT, then your allows Cannibals in it. That's the Law of Identity. And the same goes with bestiality. Not sure people want to join a church with no NT rules from Christ against Cannibals and dog-humpers. Of course you could just 'create your own man-made laws' against that, but it wouldn't be from Christ or God now would it?
Oh and lets not forget that you violate Christ's own words when she said 'DO NOT THINK I came to Abolish the Law and Prophets' which your Church clearly does THINK by abolishing all commands and rules in the OT. I'm not sure your a 'follower' of Christ when you aren't obeying him.
The funny thing IS Jesus also said 'I never knew you lawless' which in Jesus time meant 'I never knew you Torahless (or OT-less).'
And I want to point out that Jesus said 'we live on every word of God'... not on 'every word of mine' AND Jesus also said 'to worship only God and serve only Him' which is clearly not what they are doing when they've thrown out a majority of God's will from the OT. How could they worship Him, that wouldn't follow His will.
In Revelations the remnants keep the commandments of God (OT) + Testimony of Jesus (NT).. Orthodox has chosen only to keep half of this, which is the 'testimony of Jesus' part. And that leaves them short of fully being a true remnant.
Also, how does Orthodox love God? If God said 'If you love Me, keep My commandments' then He defined LOVE as keeping the OT and following it.
RT@RT_com
'We DON'T follow the OLD TESTAMENT... AT ALL!' — Fr Trenham Says Old Testament is 'preparation for the New' — 'READ through it' 'Old Testament a CHILDISH age — GOD had NOT yet become MAN... SIN had NOT been ATTONED for' 'EVERYTHING in Old Testament was about JESUS CHRIST'
English

100% disagree. Love defined in the Bible (dozens of times) is 'If you love Me, keep My commandments' so Galatians 5:6 was trying to reframe and redefine 'keeping' commandments like circumcision being meaningless and love not required to 'keep commandments.' Funny enough this verse says 'circumcision or uncircumcision is meaningless' but if you look at Ezekiel 44 the uncircumcised are not allowed in the Temple. And that is precisely why Paul was kicked out in Acts 21 and the 'doors shut' to Paul. God was giving His notice, this person does not belong here. We also know the story breaks down in Acts after Paul was kicked out because he was 'instructed' to give 'testimony' in Rome. Testimony of his extensive sacrifices (his and 4 others) and Nazarite vow and purification rituals and submission to James & Elders and the trial, and 'belief in everything in the law and prophets' testimony never made it to Rome. In fact, what 'made it to Rome' was 'I ran away from God's judgement seat, to the Roman pagan Emperor 1,600 miles away, so that the witnesses can't possibly testify against me....' That's what 'made it' to Rome.
