$EDGE Network just launched a brand new website — and it finally reflects what they’ve actually been building behind the scenes. Not just another DePIN. Not just another infra token. Not just a load of exciting buzz words. edge.network Edge is building decentralized infrastructure for robots, automation, and AI — from GPU power, to hardware support, to decentralised storage, to on-machine AI model compatibility, and so much more. Google Cloud is down, and with it great swathes of the Internet, including some major AI providers. This is why projects like @edgenetwork represent a vital evolution in infrastructure. The time to decentralise the cloud is now.

AI on the edge is extremely fast. Models running as close to the point of use as possible is the future. While others build out centralised data centres, @edgenetwork is focused on opening up access to the spare capacity in the devices all around us.

I’m extremely excited for the future of AI! A 100b model, fully decentralised & privacy-first could redefine trust in tech, all deployed to the edge and available on demand. No service there yet, but the boundaries of what’s possible are being pushing by projects like @edgenetwork.
