One was likely on the phone with a dispatcher already, and another seems to have been talking with other security teams for big right wing influencers, like Ben's security team. They always argue as if there was one lone guy in the car with Charlie, and he was casually talking on the phone with Ben Shapiro himself and informing him that he'd accomplished the assassination.

There's even a whole sub-market of devices for stealing sperm for impregnation later, where you essentially use a syringe to extract from a discarded condom and then apply a head to it to attempt to impregnate yourself.
