If ever there were a reason to raise a glass, this is it. This coming Sunday, May 25th is National Wine Day. Whether you fancy something bold and brooding or light and lyrical, we have just the bottle for you. (We're closed on Sunday but we think it's worth celebrating early!)

It's Thursday, so let's throw it back, shall we? Back to 2023 when we snuck into the lab and caught Chef Pat baking a perfect batch of fresh focaccia. We do it on the daily, for every table and guest. At Absinthe, focaccia is our love language, and we think yours might be too.

Maybe if we start acting like it's summer summer will come faster? Worth a shot - or a summery cocktail, just in case.

Not everyone is a salad person, we get it. Luckily we make salads that even non-salad people love. Think we can't win you over? Challenge accepted. Come on in, try it, and tell us the results.

You can tell a lot about a person by how they tackle this burger. What does your approach say about you?

Longing for a luxurious lunch? Look no further than our Lunch Quiche, served with a plentiful side of vegetable salad and tomato jam. Swing by, give it a try and then come back again and try it some more. Once you start, you'll see that this Quiche is worth multiple visits.

Have plans for tonight? Start with a little bit of sugar to subdue the bitterness of the day, follow with a few drops of water to dilute and smooth – and then relax – your Absinthe is ready to enjoy.
