A Symphony of Sorrow. 💔

Salt Marsh, Eric Ravilious, 1938. It was painted at the marshes near Tollesbury, at the mouth of the River Blackwater in #Essex. For many years this artwork was thought ‘lost’ but I believe it is now in a private collection.
