Innalillahi wa Ina illairajun @Mustaphajibia, our sickle cell warrior has sadly passed away. Allah ji kansa da rahama. What I really loved about Musty is how he looked out for others even as he had his own battles to fight. Dear Musty, I’m really saddened as I write this, with tears in my eyes. I know the struggles you went through, the attacks as they came, as you also reached out to me always and I say to you “the hardest part is done, InshaAllah you will survive”. The constant drugs you used and how much this pain really kept you from achieving your goals. I had even said to you, “Find a wife and I’ll take responsibility of everything,” and many significant things we were going to do. I’m deeply saddened by this loss personally. I will miss all your kind words, reminders, your checking up on me, the way you cared and most of all your favorite slogan: “I remain loyal always M.A.JIBIA” I’m deeply pained but Allah knows best always🫶🏾

When Musty A Jibia passed away, I thought how we could all remember him; then I reached out to @AM_Ridwan2 who contacted the family same day and they suggested what they thought was best as Saddaqatul Jariyya for him. So we have commenced a few sources of water in areas selected by his family members. May Allah grant him the blessings of this reward in the hereafter. I remain loyal always Capt. J MD
