This USCIS temp visa policy will not apply to H-1B, L-1 and 0-1 visas which are 'dual intent'. There will also be exceptions made those with significant economic impact, whatever that means. Once again, we are being played. It will apply to F-1,M-1 foreign students, B-1/2 tourist/short term biz visas, J-1 and other on dual intent visas. It doesn't prevent them from applying for an H-1B or other temp visa while here. In other words, this is more eyewash from the Trump admin like the 100k H-1B fee which only 84 of 119,000 approved H-1B new visas paid for the '27 cohort.
