说下自己选择做空 $LAYER 的理由吧： 1. 看作Eigenlayer和Sonic SVM的结合体，而Sonic现在才不到1B的fdv，而如果按照LRT项目的逻辑，FDV约等于TVL/5，横向对比 $LAYER 没理由值$1B； 2. TVL从1月15之后开始流出，目前TVL仅$350M； 3. 空投质押1月5号停止结算，社区不满意，并且普遍是小毛，符合项目方自己囊括筹码上币安出货的特征； 4. $LAYER 代币都是治理代币，本质上是没有用的，所以需要靠虚的东西、炒作 + 头部KOL喊单来撑估值； 5. 总共融资额才12M，估值才80M。从项目出来到现在才1年，我觉得这个项目完全不值这么多钱。 以上。
