PS Njogu added that true representation for women in diplomacy is about influence, not just numbers. The conference was organized by IRSK in partnership with COMESA, the African Centre for the Constructive Resolution of Disputes (ACCORD), and the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung (KAS).
