"I will read later" is the language of failures.

NMCN examination failure can be avoided if you truly desire success by prioritizing consistent study (at least 6 hours daily). However, procrastination makes failure almost unavoidable for its victims.

NMCN success requires the right materials, the official curriculum, and full participation in Academic Nightingale activities. Skip the process, and failure becomes inevitable.

You think hospital work is just giving injection and writing notes… until you see a nurse running 3 patients, answering relatives, calming someone in pain, calculating drugs, and still smiling like everything is under control. Behind every calm ward is controlled chaos. Behind every “she’s fine” is a nurse who didn’t sit down for hours. Hospitals don’t just run on machines and doctors. They run on people who refuse to give up on patients, even when they are tired. Respect the process. Respect the profession.

You haven’t really understood nursing until a patient looks at you and says “Nurse, you’re the only one that listens to me.” Not the injections. Not the drugs. Not the charts. Just… listening. That’s where healing quietly starts.

Thank you @unicefchief for supporting these girls and giving them a chance to learn and dream in such a tough environment, it’s really heartwarming to see their smiles and aspirations. At the same time, it’s sobering that over 3 million children in Somalia are still out of school, with primary enrollment around just 34%. Hoping these important efforts can expand and help build more lasting access to quality education for many more kids.

As part of continuous commemoration of International Women’s Day, the National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA), organised a Special Health Session for staff, calling on women to prioritise self-care, pursue excellence, and support one another. Mrs. Olusanya Titilayo, Director of Financial Management and Control, who represented the Director General, @KashifuInuwa, delivered the opening address themed “Rights. Justice. Action for All Women and Girls,” alongside the Agency’s slogan, “Give to Gain.” Mrs. Titlayo stressed the importance of health and well-being, noting that women often neglect themselves while balancing family and professional responsibilities. She encouraged resilience in male-dominated environments, urging women to see challenges as stepping stones, while also mentoring others and fostering collaboration across teams. She further urged women to build supportive networks and create lasting impact, challenging them to reflect on who they have mentored. The session also featured health and capacity-building activities, reinforcing NITDA’s commitment to gender inclusion, professional growth, and the overall well-being of its workforce.

The chart can look perfect and the patient still be dying. Trust your eyes.

@whytelizzy There's room for both on the NMCN result. Your school has that access. Most schools only display pass for all but they know who had distinction.
