Ladies and Gentlemen, For the fourth consecutive year, the Academy Concert Band has earned a Superior rating— the highest level of performance— at our State Large Group Performance Assessment!

We’re incredibly proud of our band students for their fantastic achievements at the Berkmar Marching Festival! They earned 1st Place in the Dance Line (1A Division), 3rd Place in Color Guard (1A Division), and received an Overall Band Excellent award. Great job, everyone!

We are thrilled to announce our partnership with the TNP Foundation for the upcoming year. TNP fosters mental wellness initiatives that has impacted over 80,000 youth in Metro Atlanta. This opportunity will allow staff to be trained in restorative practices for students!

Great afternoon, Please be advised that summer marching band camp starts tomorrow morning at 8:00AM. Band students are requested to wear light- colored t-shirts and shorts, along with water bottles. Water will be provided daily and we will also be accepting donations.

Great first day at our annual Band Student Leadership Camp, Summer 2024! Students are reevaluating their passion and enjoyment for band while actively seeking solutions for areas of improvement.

We are getting pumped for the @Juneteenthatl parade on Saturday, June 22nd! Noon, we start making moves from @kingcenter1968 towards @piedmontpark! Cheers of support are welcomed along the route for the Power Up Marching Band and Dancers that have rocked summer camp. @apsupdate
