No surprises here regarding manipulatives - but regrettable IMO Primary - lots Secondary - almost none & hardly ever used Knowledge of when & how to use is key factor. Limiting progression from KS2-KS3 and security of understanding for many. @NCETM @NEHS_MathsHub @LSE_MathsHub
