@ApexTradeFund 162 days $50,000 plus unable to withdraw Zero Responses. Please move me to live, retire my accounts and pay me, whatever, but just ghosting traders and changing the rules is pretty F-ed. Story @ApexTradeFund I have a PA at 131 Days and another at 108. That right there is enough to say I am not trying to game the system and cycle accounts. I’ve been trading with Apex for four years. Had minimal problems. Everything was running smoothly until I requested a payout on 4.27 and was unexpectedly denied due to an “account investigation.” (yes, this has been going on since 4.27) I immediately contacted compliance for clarification; my emails went unanswered. When I finally received a response, I was asked to recap hundreds of trades across eight trading days. I had no issue complying — I went above and beyond, submitting over 300 screenshots and detailed trade summaries to ensure everything was documented properly. During the 30-day investigation period, I was told to continue trading “as normal,” but I was not permitted to request any payouts. I complied fully and completed the period without issue. Shortly after that, I received the “Evaluation Ban / Move to Live” email. Again — no problem. I continued to follow every instruction. A week later, I was approved for a 2k payout ok good.. 2 days Later I was put on probation. At that point, I had approximately $80,000 in accumulated profits across both PAs. Under probation rules, none of those funds could be withdrawn. Only new profits, capped at $2,000 per payout, were eligible. Uncapped is now off the table. I accepted those terms and completed the full 90-day probation period, following every rule outlined. Since then, I’ve reached out to compliance multiple times and submitted several support tickets — yet I have not received any update or resolution. The last week logged into my accounts to see the “probation rules” were updated. My 90 days probation was now changed to “minimum of 90 days”… I have reached out to compliance several times, and opened numerous tickets. I have received NO answers. After four years of loyalty and transparency, it’s disappointing to find myself in this situation. I’m simply seeking fairness, clarity, and the professionalism that I’ve always tried to uphold in my trading journey. @ApexTradeFund can you please make this right?
