@AristartheHykso @UAV_Corp $UMAV now a large dump at 0001. @UAV_Corp really needs to provide an update to shareholders as to exactly why the hell this dilution will not stop. It shouldn’t take this long to get funding lined up. This is not a good look for the market.

Looks like @UAV_Corp is delaying their $UMAV 2026 Annual Report. The extension grants them until April 14th.

$UMAV is waiting on closing documents related to the 1st initial payment of the up $50 million Term Sheet. Further, the company is focused on the year end 2025 annual filing completion. $UMAV's Skyborne Technology, Inc. is headed into the cold seal process of the 54 gore #2 inner envelope for the week of March 1, 2026 for finalization. $UMAV will update further when it has additional news on the funding.

$UMAV is looking forward to the 1st wire transfer from the FUND. As part of the Use of Proceeds, a payment will be sent to our legal counsel's escrow account to initiate the start of the retirement of the senior debt holders. A formal announcement will be forthcoming once the funds have been received and a Press Release is approved by all concerned parties. More to come from $UMAV!

@OfProfits @UAV_Corp Agree. If they can secure the $525M sales they’ve referenced then even with a maxed out 6B OS, the stock could trade multiple pennies and be fairly valued. $UMAV @UAV_Corp needs to provide some form of update on funding this week. They also need to do a full operational update

@UAV_Corp $UMAV The OTC and drone tech are both favored right now. We could really use substantial and detailed updates on what is going on with funding. It’s been three weeks since the closing documents post. Also, by now, what happened to the pilot? We’ve been very patient.

@AristartheHykso @UAV_Corp Good analysis. @UAV_Corp mentioned closing documents just under a month ago re funding. Sometimes there is a final 30 day period with these types of deals so maybe we are close. Additionally while the funding won’t be reflected in annual, maybe closing will be timed with it.

The World View acquisition is a bit bittersweet. While this shows market interest for LTA products & innovation, I hoped @UAV_Corp would play a more dominant role in the industry. $UMAV products seemed to have potential, but have a long way to reach milestones set forth last year

Today $ONDS announced they acquired World View Enterprises. Their partnership turned acquisition reminds me why I grew interested in LTAs. Keeping drones & sensors in the air for longer is huge for intelligence. Add in a partnership with $PLTR & you have a promising ISR product.
