@itsnot_pink Unfortunately most people never heard of LFS. This is why physicians, patients and general population should encourage knowledge dissemination. There is so much to be done to carriers! Thanks for your comment

@AchatzIsabel I was tested for LFS because of a TP53 mutation in my tumor and because genetic experts knew about a pocket of LFS in Brazil. Thankfully my mutation was only somatic, but this is something I had never heard about growing up in São Paulo.

In a country with so many disparities such as Brazil, with limited access to health care, we must give better care to our patients and educate health care on hereditary cancer. This week will be 5 states and 5 lectures, in one week. Raising awareness on Li-Fraumeni syndrome!
