Sheikh Idrees Turangzai, a Pakistani Deobandi cleric, was assassinated today in his hometown of Charsadda. He was a significant religious figure with influence in regional geopolitics. - A teacher and Sheikhul Hadith at Jamia Haqqania Akora Khattak, he taught several Afghan Taliban leaders. - As part of a Pakistani delegation that visited Kabul in 2024, Taliban supreme leader Mullah Haibatullah asked him to meet in Kandahar. - Frequently criticised by ISKP due to his perceived proximity to the Afghan Taliban. - Last month, he co-signed a letter with Pakistani and Afghan clerics urging both governments to extend the ceasefire. Absolutely false and misleading. DHAs are built on state land acquired in the name of martyrs on peanut price. Had it been a private land acquisition why would it need authorization from the assemblies?

No. Army officers are not allotted plots by the government. Army has its own welfare scheme. DHA is built on private lands, privately acquired from private owners, privately developed, and everybody pays for the plots from their own pocket less the next of kins of shuhadas (for whom other members contribute). This model is being increasingly imitated by other organizations also. Rest is all hearsay and propaganda. I don't want to say anything about how plots are received by judges and media persons / journalists because

Pakistan strongly condemns the missile and drone attacks on civilian infrastructure in the United Arab Emirates last night. I express full solidarity with His Highness @MohamedBinZayed. Pakistan stands firmly with our Emirati brothers and sisters as well as with the Government of the United Arab Emirates at this difficult time. It is absolutely essential that the ceasefire be upheld and respected, to allow necessary diplomatic space for dialogue leading to enduring peace and stability in the region.

فواد صاحب! آپ تو وکیل ہیں اور وزیر بھی رہے ہیں۔ آپ کو پتا ہونا چاہئیے کہ آئین نے بھی اسلام کی تشریح کا اختیار پارلیمان کو نہیں دیا۔ یہ اختیار آرٹیکل ۲۲۸ میں اسلامی نظریاتی کونسل کو تفویض کیا گیا ہے اور وہ بھی محض advisory role ہے binding نہیں۔ جناح کے پاکستان کی یہ خوبصورتی ہے کہ مذہب کو ذاتی معاملہ مانتے ہوئے شہریوں کے مذہب کو ریاستی مداخلت سے مبرہ رکھا گیا ہے، جب تک کسی کا مذہب یا مسلک اسلام کے بنیادی عقائد سے متصادم نہیں ہوتا جیسکہ عقیدہ ختم نبوت۔ دوسرا، جب قرآن و سنت موجود ہیں تو اسلام کی تشریح کی ضرورت محسوس کرنا سمجھ سے بالا تر ہے۔ آپ تشریح اور تفسیر میں فرق کرنے کی کوشش کجیئے۔ تیسرا، شریعت پر تمام مکاتبِ فکر کا اتتفاق بھی ہے اور اجماع بھی۔ جن مکاتبِ فکر کا آپ نے نیچے ذکر کیا ہے اِن کا عقائد و مسائل پر اختلاف ہے لیکن بنیادی شریعت جو قرآن و سنت سے ماخوز ہے، پر تمام مکاتبِ فکر کا مکمل اتتفاق ہے۔ مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ ہم میں کچھ لوگ (لبرل) بنی اسرائیل کی طرح اللّہ کے احکام کو ماننا تو چاہتے ہیں مگر اُس پر عمل اپنی سہولت، فائدے اور سمجھ کیمطابق کرنا چاہتے ہیں۔ لیکن یہ امتِ محمدی ہے، یہ اللّہ اور اُس کے رسول کے احکام سے روگردانی تو کرسکتی ہے لیکن اُسے بدلنے کی قائل نہیں۔ محمد رسول اللّہ صلی اللہ علیہ والہ وسلم کی امت گناہ کرسکتی ہے، کفر نہیں!! باقی میں نے سول سروس کے پندرھ سال پارلیمان اور وزیروں کیساتھ گزارے ہیں، مجھے پتا ہے ہمارے ارکانِ پارلیمان کو اسلام کا کتنا علم اور کتنی دلچسپی ہے اور وہ اسلام کی تشریح کے کتنے مجاز ہیں😊مدرسے کا ۵ سال کا بچہ آپ کی پارلیمان کے سینیئر ترین رکن سے زیادہ اسلام کا علم رکھتا ہے۔ قانون سازی کیجیئے، سیاسی تجزیہ کیجیئے، اسلام کی تشریح علماء تک رہنے دینجیئے!!

اگر اسلام کی تشریح کا اختیار پارلیمان کے پاس نہیں تو کس کے پاس ہے؟ کوئ کہ رہا ہے علماء کے پاس ہے؟ علماء کی کیا تعریف ہے؟ کیا شیعہ عالم کی تشریح دیوبندی اور سلفی مانیں گے؟ کیا سلفیوں کی تشریح شیعہ مانیں گے؟ ایک نے لکھا ہے وقت کا ولی کرے گا؟ اب وقت کا ولی کون ہے ہمیں نہیں پتہ ! اسی لئے اقبال نے کہا تھا کہ صرف پارلیمان کو تشریح کا حق ہے کیونکہ وہ اجتماعی سوچ کی عکاس ہے!!

Only 7.5% of the seats are allocated on open merit, while the rest are reserved under quotas for provinces, minorities, and women. A candidate from Punjab with merit number 150 is not allocated, whereas a candidate with merit number 151 from another province is allocated, even in PAS/PSP How can it be a competitive exam, then? CSS is competitive examination meaning how well U perform on given day of written & viva. Candidate come from mix background & education. Allocations are self priority ranked against domicile based availability of service group. Probationer are then trained to be better & equal
