@Acroce7 Do you think saving money on the lease would offset the efficiency & team comradery that having a physical space would cost? In my experience it is worth it to have a physical office if you can negotiate a decent lease especially now that commercial landlords are desperate

This is more of a LinkedIn post, but if you owned a company would you let your employees work remote? I’d like to see responses from the gaming community and reasoning behind it.

@PhasesFuture Good point on them being desperate. I guess it would come down to numbers and see if saving the 100k a year on a building let’s say, for small businesses and big corps could be up to a mil a year. If we’re talking efficiency, every human is different some people will do better

@PhasesFuture It depends on how much that would be, how big the team is. If it’s a small business then probably better to have everyone there. If it’s a big corporation then I’d say employees can work from home “apple, Microsoft.” I don’t see a need to be in person.
