It’s spooky season and tonight is what’s known as “mischief night” but we want children and our community to stay safe and enjoy this time of year. We have our boxing sessions free for children today 4pm-4:45pm for 5-11 year olds and 5pm-5:45pm for 11-16 year older olds

🥊 Little champions in the making! 💥 Our kids boxing sessions are all about learning new combinations, building real confidence, and being part of an amazing community that lifts each other up. It’s not just about throwing punches ,it’s about growing stronger, inside and out.

We’re absolutely thrilled to share that Activate Body & Mind Community Activities CIC has been shortlisted for the Knowsley Business Awards!

It was great to have Cllr Graham Morgan the leader of Knowsley council visit us. Coming to see the work we do in our camps and for our community along with representatives of Knowsley council who help provide the funding for Haf, so we can access it and provide great camps

Dance is more than just movement; it’s expression, creativity, and FUN! These sessions aren’t just about perfecting steps – they’re about building confidence, working as a team, and letting every child shine in their own way. Proud of every single one of them

Today was more than just cooking… At our summer camp, the kids rolled up their sleeves and created a meal from scratch, guided by our nutritionist and qualified chef janine , they proudly took home their meals to share with their families.

Our first week of camp at st Aidans went down well bringing in some dental hygiene and crafts. It was great to see the children all learning about their oral health and getting creative with some dental based crafts from Gemma #camp #oneknowsley #knowsleyhaf #haf25

Last weeks military day bringing in positive role models for the children learning about the armed forces and learning team building skills through tasks and obstacles #haf #haf25 #summerhaf #knowsleyhaf

It was a real pleasure to visit the community boxing session the other week and see first-hand the incredible work being done by the team at @ActivateBandM 🥊 Over the past 3️⃣ years, they’ve created a safe, supportive space that’s making a real difference in people’s lives—building confidence, resilience, and community spirit.
