Call 4 concern launched! We are one of 7 pilot sites supported by NHSE. This allows family/carers/friends to raise concerns over patient deterioration and worsening clinical condition. All information can be found on the trust website. @gloshospitals @NHSEngland

We also encourage and welcome the ward staff assisting parents/carers/family to get in touch with us to raise a concern over deteriorating clinical condition
