@AvantiWestCoast Didn’t see train manager unfortunately, but noticed it was coming from the toilets. Spent £148 on my ticket… feel like I’m owed money back for this experience.

@NandosUK Just give the male staff members a reminder to (a) be polite when greeting staff, and (b) don’t use swearing words at each other when in the middle of the dining area, even when joking with one another!

@NandosUK you might want to tell your staff at London Euston not to jokingly swear at each other, especially when there’s young kids around, would rather have not heard them say “F*** you” to each other.
