Thank you to @pedsneuroonc and Matthew Kutny for hosting me for Pediatric Hematology Oncology Grands rounds @uabmedicine yesterday. I talked about infection risk prediction and that many febrile non-neutropenic fever patients do not require empiric antibiotics!

The recommendation for using Fidaxomicin has gotten stronger but still need more randomized pediatric evidence!
