Latest bureaucratic stupidity from the City of Vancouver. We now need to reduce our 2 bedroom suites by 3 square feet because they are too large for a rental subsidy. We are under FSR but we changed to a decentralized ventilation and lost the shaft exemption. FIX this ABC.

After much work by @CityofVancouver staff and the development community, the MultiPlex Report (allowing 4-6 homes on most RS-1 lots, 60% of the buildable land in the City) is public!
